My standard fee for individual therapy sessions is $250 per session (50–75 minutes). Sessions are designed to allow time for awareness, integration, and grounding before completion rather than being bound by a strict clock.

Yes. I direct bill to several insurers, including:
Alberta Blue Cross
Pacific Blue Cross
GreenShield/SSQ
Medavie
FNIHB
For all other providers, I issue detailed receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement under your extended health benefits.

Psychological services are not covered by Alberta Health Services or BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). However, many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for Registered Psychologists. Please check with your provider to confirm your individual coverage.

No. I do not contract through EAP programs. This allows sessions to remain confidential and therapeutically directed rather than administratively limited.

No. I am licensed to provide psychological services to residents of Alberta and British Columbia only.
In-person sessions take place in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and virtual sessions are available to clients in either province. -
Sessions typically last 50–75 minutes. The extended time allows the process to unfold naturally and conclude when the work feels complete, rather than ending abruptly when the hour mark arrives.

The most efficient way to book is through my online scheduling system here.
I work on a variableschedule, offering sessions on different days and times each week. Availability is released one to two weeks in advance.
If no times fit, you may add yourself to the waitlist to signal your preferred times and be notified when openings appear. -
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The full session fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is sometimes needed. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible. -
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present, whether in-person or online. You don’t need to prepare material — simply come with openness and curiosity about what is emerging for you.
If you’re meeting virtually, choose a private space with stable internet, minimal distractions, and use headphones for clearer audio and an added layer of confidentiality. -

My in-person office is a private space within my home designed specifically for therapy. Sessions are scheduled with time between appointments to maintain privacy and stillness. All professional records are securely stored in compliance with provincial privacy legislation.

No. My practice focuses exclusively on individual adult clients who are ready for in-depth, integrative work.
