My Space
My work takes place in a private, home-based office located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta — a space created with warmth, calm, and presence in mind. The room is quiet and softly lit, designed to support grounding and reflection.
A small fountain provides gentle sound, while natural light filters through sheer curtains to create a sense of stillness and containment.
The setting is simple and natural. Plants and living elements offer subtle reminders of growth and renewal.
The intention is not decoration, but atmosphere — a feeling of safety, spaciousness, and ease.
Sessions are scheduled with time in between to maintain privacy and stillness.
I want clients to feel welcome, comfortable, and grounded from the moment they arrive.
This is a place where we slow down, listen inwardly, and meet what arises with honesty and compassion.
Although the space is within my home, it is set apart for this work — held as a professional and confidential environment.
“Every space, whether built or found, reflects the sacred ground of our own becoming.”
Online Sessions
For those meeting with me virtually, the same intention carries through. I approach each online session as a shared energetic space — quiet, focused, and attuned. Clients are encouraged to find a place where they can be uninterrupted and at ease, allowing our work to unfold with the same depth and presence as in person.
Whether in the room or through the screen, the essence of the space remains the same — a steady container for awareness, integration, and healing — where mind, body, heart, and soul can come into coherence.
An Invitation to Begin
Whether you are called to meet in person or online, this work begins with a simple conversation — a moment to sense whether the space and process feel right for you.
I welcome your questions, reflections, or curiosities as you explore this next step.
