I welcome inquiries from individuals seeking therapy in Alberta and British Columbia. In-person sessions are available in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and virtual sessions are available for clients in both provinces.

The most efficient and secure way to connect is by emailing and/or scheduling through my JaneApp portal.
From there, you can view availability, add yourself to the waitlist, or send a secure message.

Variable Schedule

My practice follows a variable schedule, meaning I offer sessions on different days and times each week. This allows a natural rhythm of flexibility for both myself and my clients.

I typically release appointment times one to two weeks in advance and occasionally open additional sessions as space allows. If you don’t see a suitable time, adding yourself to the waitlist helps me gauge interest and may open further opportunities for scheduling.
